Last updated 13 October 2026. ArkLive Ventures ("ArkLive") runs voices.arkliveventures.com. This notice explains what the site collects, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the GDPR.
What we collect
- Brand-voice enquiries: the name, email address and brief you type into the enquiry form, used only to reply to you.
- Composer scripts: stay in your browser. When live generation is switched on, the text you choose to generate is sent to ArkLive's own voice servers to produce the audio, and is not used to train models or sold.
- No tracking cookies. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask ArkLive to see, correct or delete the personal information it holds about you, or object to its use. Email arkliveventures@gmail.com.
Synthetic voices
Every voice on this site is synthetic and none imitates a real person. ArkLive does not create voices that impersonate real individuals without their written permission.
